This competition is played on a natural grass surface at different venues around Brisbane. The players in the competition are of all ages and levels of experience. This competition is only played on a Saturday afternoon and suits those players who can't participate in the Brisbane Hockey League competitions due to their work or other commitments on the weekend.
Many of the players have played at a high level of competition earlier in their lives and still enjoy the camaraderie of this competition together with the young players who also participate.
